RM 35-03 Automatic Winding Rafael Nadal
The RM 35-03 features a skeletonised automatic movement displaying hours, minutes, and seconds, with a patented butterfly rotor, sport mode, and function selector. It has a power reserve of around 55 hours.
Constructed from grade 5 titanium with black PVD and electroplasma treatments, the components ensure great rigidity and precise surface flatness for optimal gear train function. The skeletonised baseplate and bridges undergo extensive testing to maximise stress resistance.
The patented butterfly rotor allows wearers to adjust rotor geometry, controlling movement winding based on their activity. The rotor consists of two grade 5 titanium and metal weights, which can shift to balance the rotor and stop winding when sport mode is activated by a pusher at 7 o’clock. An indicator at 6 o’clock shows the rotor status.
Exclusive Carbon TPT® and Quartz TPT® materials feature layers of parallel filaments, providing a unique striated appearance. These materials are processed at high temperatures and pressures before being machined at Richard Mille.
The watch is water-resistant to 50 meters, assembled with 20 spline screws in grade 5 titanium and abrasion-resistant 316L stainless steel washers. The open-worked hands and microblasted grade 5 titanium flange with inward-slanting numerals at 3, 6, 9, and 12 enhance the technical elegance of the RM 35-03 Rafael Nadal.

The watches feature a skeletonized automatic movement that displays hours and minutes, with adjustable rotor geometry. They offer a power reserve of approximately 50 hours (± 10%).
Measuring 45.66 x 31.40 x 11.85 mm, the case is constructed from microblasted grade 5 titanium, enhanced with an electroplasma treatment for exceptional rigidity and precise flatness, crucial for the flawless operation of the gear train. The bridges, also made from microblasted and electroplasma-treated grade 5 titanium, provide additional strength and stability.
The skeletonized baseplate and bridges have undergone rigorous and separate validation tests to ensure they meet the highest standards of durability and performance.
