In the 1960s, the first glass box TAG Heuer Carrera emerged. This version of the iconic watch features an 18K 3N solid gold case and dial, adding a touch of luxury to its legendary racer design. The dial showcases the classic “panda” style with black sub-counters contrasting against the 18K 2N yellow gold-plated vertical-brushed surface. The ultra-ergonomic case is equipped with a domed sapphire crystal, ensuring maximum legibility.

Completing the look is a luxurious perforated black calfskin strap with a polished 18K 3N yellow-gold pin buckle, perfectly matching the case and dial. The watch is presented in sleek black packaging, reflecting its prestigious aura.

The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph measures 39 mm in diameter and has a thickness of 13.9 mm, with a lug distance of 20.7 mm. The watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters. The case is crafted from 18K 3N fine-brushed and polished gold, and it features an 18K 3N solid yellow gold crown. The case back is made from sapphire and 18K 3N solid yellow gold.

Inside, the watch houses the TH20-00 caliber, an automatic in-house movement with an 80-hour power reserve. This movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). The watch displays hours, minutes, and seconds, and includes chronograph functions for 1/4 second, 30-minute counter, and 12-hour counter, as well as a date function.
