Patek Philippe presents the Nautilus Haute Joaillerie reference 7118/1450 in a new white gold interpretation featuring a case, bezel and bracelet adorned with snow-set diamonds and a dial illuminated by rows of stones set in the small raised wave pattern typical of the ladies’ Nautilus collection. The architecture and meticulous finishing of the self-winding caliber 324 S are visible through a transparent sapphire crystal case back. The bracelet is equipped with a patented Patek Philippe fold-over clasp secured by four independent catches.
